"Seats were fine, but those fees were annoying"
At first I thought the ticket prices were reasonable, but then the fees started piling on and suddenly it wasn’t such a good deal anymore. I did get my seats without any problems, so that part was fine, but it’s frustrating when the real total doesn’t show up until later. Just show the final price upfront.

Had a good time at the game overall, but the seats were uncomfortable. They felt cramped and hard, and my back was already sore by halftime. The game itself was fun, no complaints there, but comfort-wise, it definitely could’ve been better.

But getting into the stadium was easy. The lines moved faster than I expected, security checked bags without making it a whole ordeal, and the staff were helpful about pointing us the right way. I ordered an Inter Miami shirt from intermiamicf.com, and the shopping part was smoother than I expected. The site was easy to get around, checkout didn’t take long, and I got the confirmation email pretty much right away.
The only thing that fell a little short of what I was expecting was the shipping. It took a few extra days, and the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked. That said, the shirt arrived in good condition, fit right, and I’m happy with it overall.

I was feeling mentally drained when I was browsing, so I really appreciated that most pages loaded quickly and didn’t make me wait around. The only hiccup was the shop page taking a little longer one time, but overall it was easy to use on my phone and smooth.

"Exchange took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from intermiamicf.com and ended up needing a different size, which I figured would be simple. Of course, the timing was terrible because I needed it sorted quickly, and the whole exchange process just dragged on. The instructions weren’t very clear, and getting replies took longer than I expected. I used Inter Miami CF to check the details for an event, but the schedule ended up being more confusing than I expected. The time changed, and I didn’t notice the update right away, so I planned around the wrong slot. I only interacted with the staff once, so maybe I just caught them on an off day, but the experience wasn’t the best. They came across a little annoyed and didn’t seem very eager to help. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did leave me with a slightly negative impression. A bit more friendliness would have made a big difference.
